In Slack → Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Create a URL for your channel.
You will get a URL starting with: https://hooks.slack.com/services/
Dashboard → Integrations → Slack.
Paste the Slack URL and save.
Send a test message and you should get a Slack notification immediately.
