2. Service Description

Blastifi is a web tool that enables sending personalized WhatsApp messages via official wa.me links. Works with both regular and business WhatsApp.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service for legitimate communication with your actual customers.
• Not send unsolicited messages (Spam).
• Comply with WhatsApp policies and laws in your operating country.
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.

4. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.
• Upon subscription expiry, account reverts to the free plan automatically.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All service content (code, design, content) is owned by Blastifi. Your data and templates remain your property.

7. Disclaimer

Blastifi is provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any losses resulting from use of the service.

8. Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes 30 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
