WhatsApp button doesn't open correct message
Make sure to select a template from the dropdown. The WhatsApp button only appears after selecting a template.
If issue persists, try refreshing the page.
Names appear reversed after import
This happens if your CSV has different column order (phone first, then name).
Fix in phpMyAdmin:
UPDATE contacts SET name = phone, phone = name WHERE name REGEXP '^[0-9]{9,15}$';
Can't add more contacts
You've reached your plan limit. Go to 'Billing' and upgrade to increase the limit.
