Import from Excel/CSV
1. Open your Excel file
2. Ensure columns: Name, Phone, Group
3. Save as CSV (File โ Save As โ CSV)
4. In Blastifi โ Contacts โ Import CSV
5. Select file โ preview shows names and numbers
6. Click Save
Using Template Variables
Available variables:
โข {name} โ replaced with customer name
โข {phone} โ replaced with customer phone
โข {date} โ replaced with today's date
Example:
'Hello {name}, your appointment is {date}'
Becomes:
'Hello Ahmed, your appointment is 5/13/2026'
Managing Groups
Add customers to groups (e.g., VIP Clients, New Customers, Suppliers).
When sending, select group from dropdown to filter the list.
Changing Plan
Go to 'Billing' โ choose plan โ select monthly or yearly โ pay via PayPal.
Subscription activates immediately after payment.
Changing Password
Go to 'Settings' โ 'Change Password' โ enter current and new password โ Save.
